The service

Streamline AI is an AI coaching app trained on Nik Hancock's coaching. It plans your training and meals and answers your questions in chat. It is an AI coach, not Nik typing live.

Not medical advice

Streamline AI gives general fitness and nutrition coaching. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your doctor before starting a new program, and stop and get checked if something hurts or feels wrong. Some health answers mean we ask you to see your doctor first, or check your plan before you see it.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over.

Membership and billing

Memberships are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe until you cancel.
Founding price: the first 100 members keep their founding price for as long as they stay members. If you cancel and rejoin within 30 days, you keep it.
Cancel any time from your Profile. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. [Refund policy.]

Text messages

If you agree to texts, Streamline Training sends up to 8 messages a month about Streamline AI. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Using the app

Use the app for your own coaching. Don't share your account or try to misuse the coach. A daily fair use limit applies to chat.

Our content

The plans, meals, programming and app belong to [legal entity name]. They're for your personal use.
