What we collect
- Waitlist and account details: your name, email, mobile number and whether you agreed to texts.
- Your intake answers: age, sex, height, weight, goals, schedule, swim background, food likes, dislikes and allergies, and health questions, including some health information.
- Your coaching: your plan, check ins, sessions you log, chat messages and photos you send in the chat (menus, meals, hotel gyms).
- Progress photos and measurements you add to check ins.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To build and adjust your plan, run the coach chat, check your answers for safety before we set food targets, bill your membership, and send you the messages you agreed to.
The AI coach
Chat messages and chat photos are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write the coach's replies. Progress photos are never sent to it. [Confirm Anthropic's data retention terms for our account.]

Cookies and advertising measurement
On our public pages only (the home page, waitlist, sign in and checkout) we use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics to see which ads and links bring people to us, and we keep the campaign details from the link you arrived on. When you join, we tell Meta and Google that a purchase happened, with your email address in hashed form so it can be matched, and the price. We never use these tools inside the app, and we never share your health answers, check ins, chat messages, cycle information or photos with Meta or Google. Text messages
If you agree, Streamline Training texts you about Streamline AI, including when founding spots open: up to 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while you're a member and for [period] after, unless the law requires longer. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time.
Who it's for
Streamline AI is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
